Liechtenstein FMA Financial Market Authority Reporting System MiFID

The regulations for the financial instruments market 2004/39/EG (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive – MiFID) is one of the cornerstones of the European action plan for financial services, which is intended to create a harmonised internal market for financial services in Europe. It represents the most important European regulatory framework for the equity market of recent years.

The stated aim of these regulations is the creation of a completely integrated internal EU financial market for stocks and shares. The integration of the equity market is intended to strengthen security for investors, market integrity and market efficiency.

Antiloop developed the MiFID reporting system for use by the Liechtenstein FMA. The application was installed on time, met with great success and underwent KPMG security testing, where it was found to be secure.
