Head of Business Line SAP CX

Your Responsibilities
As Head of Business Line SAP CX, you will take on the strategic and operational responsibility for this business unit and actively drive its development. This includes in particular:
- Strategic Leadership: Building, developing, and positioning the SAP CX business line in the market.
- Partnership: Establishing and maintaining the SAP partnership, and planning and executing joint sales activities.
- Business Development: Identifying market opportunities, acquiring new clients, and developing business opportunities.
- Account Management: Building and maintaining long-term client relationships and providing C-level consulting.
- Innovation & Trends: Identifying new technologies and trends in the SAP CX ecosystem and integrating them into our service portfolio.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this key position, you should bring the following:
- Expertise: Several years of experience with SAP CX (e.g. SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud).
- Hands-on Mentality: Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Sales and Consulting Skills: Experience in business development and building client relationships.
- Communication Skills: Confident presence at management level and the ability to clearly explain complex topics.
- Certifications: Ideally, relevant certifications are already in place.
- Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
Compensation
- Minimum base salary: According to the IT collective agreement; significant overpayment possible depending on qualifications and experience
- Participation in business success in the SAP CX area
- Up to €1,700 net in meal subsidies per year (digibon)
