Analysis
In this first phase, a comprehensive investigation of the project is conducted to identify the root causes of the issues. This includes evaluating resources, goals, team competencies, and communication structures.
Recommendations
Based on the results of the analysis, specific recommendations for action are developed. These recommendations include strategies to address the identified issues, such as adjusting goals or improving communication.
Support
In this phase, continuous support for the project is provided. We monitor progress, ensure that the recommended actions are implemented, and maintain alignment within the team. If issues arise, we address them immediately.
Delivery
In addition to providing support, we also actively assist in the implementation, for example, by expanding a development team, operating as an independent team, or serving as a 2nd source team alongside another provider.
